• You agree to our booking/ cancellation policy and fully understand what it entails
• You have fully disclosed any allergies to us that you are aware of or had in the past.
• We do not refund on any products unless the item  is faulty or defective
• In accordance to ACCC We do not offer refunds for change of mind or buyers remorse 
• you must inform of any allergic reactions or if you are not satisfied with your service with us within 24 hours
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards any staff member at aGlo salon & Skin Clinic will not be tolerated
